Artwork control, screen and digital printing, embroidery engineering, testing, defects, and production troubleshooting.

Decoration quality depends on controlled artwork, colour separation, placement, substrate compatibility, and an approved production standard.

Confirm artwork version, dimensions, colours, repeat, orientation, and placement
Use Pantone or approved spectral targets with defined lighting
Assess fabric fibre, colour, stretch, surface, finish, and heat sensitivity
Create strike-off or embroidery sample on actual bulk fabric
Approve hand feel, coverage, registration, appearance, and wash durability
Define placement tolerance and size-specific positioning method

Printing parameters must be selected for ink chemistry, mesh, deposit, fabric, shade, and required performance.

Control screen mesh, stencil, squeegee angle, pressure, speed, and off-contact
Use underbase and flash settings that avoid excess film and scorching
Manage pigment binder, plastisol, water-based, discharge, or silicone chemistry safely
Profile digital pretreatment, resolution, passes, colour management, and fixation
Prevent dye migration on polyester through ink and curing selection
Measure cure temperature at the ink film rather than relying only on dryer display

Digitizing converts artwork into a stable stitch plan that balances appearance, fabric support, production time, and durability.

Set stitch types, density, underlay, sequence, direction, pull compensation, and trims
Choose needle, thread, backing, topping, and hooping by substrate
Use cut-away backing for unstable stretch materials and tear-away where suitable
Control hoop tension without distortion or permanent marks
Plan appliqué, badges, sequins, or specialty threads with secure attachment
Verify reverse-side comfort for childrenswear and skin-contact products

Decorations are approved through appearance, adhesion, colour, dimensional, chemical, and laundering checks.

Decoration failures should be contained by lot and traced to artwork, material, machine, chemistry, curing, or handling.
